Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in promoting WSP Solicitors' services, enhancing our brand presence, and supporting business development initiatives in line with our core values and DNA.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and press releases, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and values.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise our digital platforms, including the website and social media accounts, to increase visibility and engagement.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and events, monitoring their effectiveness and ROI.
• Event Coordination: Organise and support internal and external events, such as seminars, workshops, and community engagements.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communications.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with legal teams to understand service offerings and translate them into compelling marketing messages.

Person Specification

Essential:

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Alignment with WSP Solicitors' core values and culture.

Desirable:

• Experience in the legal sector.
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools.
• Graphic design skills or experience with design software such as Canva.
