Youth Engagement and Insight Lead
GL1 office, home working, and outreach locations in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and help empower young people to shape the future of sustainable travel. Our work with youth and communities is growing, and this new role will enable us to expand our reach and impact. Working across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire, the role-holder will engage with young people to create experiences that inspire and ignite a passion for sustainable transport and outdoor access.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating a youth transport forum
- Delivering travel training for young people
- Developing carbon messaging to inspire sustainable travel behaviours
- Collaborating with partners to encourage rail access to the Cotswolds National Landscape

Salary: £22,350-£24,350 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours Per Week: Full-time (37.5 hours), Fixed Term contract September 2024 - September 2025
