Pastoral Lead
Gloucester
TMS has an exciting new role in our post-16 provision and are looking to recruit a Pastoral lead/deputy safeguarding officer to join our level 1 and level 2 sports course in September.
We are looking for a committed individual with experience of working with young people and who has a passion for education and sport. Applicants must be competent working on a laptop and interested in taking part in sports.
This role is based at Gloucester City AFC and will be supporting our young people with educational, social and emotional needs to work towards their commissioned outcomes.
This role has a broad range of responsibilities so therefore would suit a dynamic candidate with an excellent work ethic and the drive for delivering an excellent provision for our students. It is a term time only contract of 35 hours per week 8.45am to 3.45pm.
Essential education and qualifications for the role include a GCSE grade ‘C’ or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language. Some desirable education and qualifications are a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and/or a Level 3 qualification in sports.
