About this RoleContract: Permanent / Part-Time
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Hours: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only + 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)
Salary: NJC SCP 7-9, £13.26 -£13.69 per hour
£25584 -26835 pa pro rata
The role will include: - school administration (e.g. assisting the Headteacher, School Business Manager, staff and pupils as required, maintaining the pupil database) - office administration (e.g. answering the telephone, welcoming parents and visitors) - some financial administration (e.g. purchasing resources).
If you have:
- Experience in an administrative role.
- A proven ability to work on your own initiative.
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
- The ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
- A can-do attitude.
- A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
