We are looking for a passionate Catering Manager who:
- Adapts menus to meet school requirements while ensuring cost efficiency and nutritional standards.
- Supervises and motivates the catering team, ensuring high standards and effective training.
- Delivers exceptional customer service with efficient food presentation and prompt service.
- Ensures strict hygiene, health, and safety compliance within the kitchen environment.
- Manages financial performance, including cost control and achieving sales targets.
- Communicates effectively and maintains a positive team atmosphere.

Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Catering Manager at Sir Bernard Lovell Academy, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.
As a Catering Manager, you will support the development and growth of Zest; the in-house catering and hospitality service within Futura Learning Partnership School, based at Sir Bernard Lovell Academy.
