We have an opportunity for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the team at Cabot Primary School.
We are looking for a person who puts children and their learning at the centre of their work. We believe that building strong, respectful relationships with children and their families is very important and that children learn best when they are happy, calm and safe.
We are seeking applicants who will continue to promote our inclusive and friendly ethos and continue to develop excellent provision across the school, supporting our amazing pupils and staff. We offer a high-quality professional development programme and the opportunity to work with a close knit and supportive team both within the school and across the Trust.
We require HLTAs to deliver pre planned lessons building strong relationships and supporting them to be successful. You must either have the HLTA qualification or be working towards it.

Can enthuse and motivate children.
Has a GCSE pass in English and Math (or equivalent)
HLTA qualified or working towards the qualification
Experience of a previous LSA/HLTA role is desirable.
