General Tradeperson

We are looking for a general tradesperson, ideally own tools and transport.
This is to work with a small team of trades, on house extension and new builds.
Work is full time and paid every 2 weeks on invoice.
As we are a small team skills required would be along the lines of-
A main trade, and then ability to do other items in the team, example of such would be help plasterboard or build stud walls, help insulate the floor or ceilings gone that would be the go between etc.
A great advantage would be ability to operate a wheel barrow on concrete days or moving type1 in to place, again help out with in the team to achieve the end goal.
