After School Club Duty Manager

Gloucester

We are looking for an additional Duty Manager to join our After School Club team, someone who will lead from the front and collaborate effectively with club colleagues and school staf fto ensure After School Club is a welcoming environment where the children can safely enjoy their down time after a day at school.

The children love to share their day with you and need a special someone to get involved and support them in their activities, including preparing their snack tea, sports, team games, arts, crafts, baking, and anything else they can think of!

• Experience of supervising primary school aged children, e.g. in a teaching, teaching assistant or lunch supervisory role are helpful but not a requirement of the role as we provide a supportive induction and full training.
• All My Friends After School Clubs operate on school sites between 2.45pm and 6pm, Monday to Friday during term-time for children aged 4 – 11 years old.
• The Duty Manager role offers flexibility - there is no requirement to work a full week.
• Additional hours are available at our Holiday Club provision during the school holidays should you want to work throughout the year.
