Service & Parts Coordinator
Tewkesbury
Are you passionate about motorcycles and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? AMS Motorcycles in Tewkesbury is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service & Parts Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
As a key member of our busy service and parts desk, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth running of parts sales and workshop admin. This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, admin and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at our front desk, both in person and via phone/email
- Process and dispatch web orders from our mail order website
- Send parts via DPD and other couriers
- Support the service team with booking jobs and maintaining accurate records
- Advise customers on parts and accessories
- Coordinate parts ordering and returns with suppliers
- Maintain a clean and efficient front-of-house area
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail/service admin preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, friendly approach
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A genuine interest in motorcycles and all things moto is a real bonus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £21,000 – £26,000, depending on experience
- 37.5-hour working week: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
