Sports Tour & Event Coordinator

Are you a travel professional and love sport? Maybe you work in the travel industry and would love to combine your passion for work with your love of sport? Or perhaps you are already working in Sports Travel? Either way, Fox Sports Travel want to talk with YOU!!

Established 3 years ago, Fox Sports Travel are a fast growing company, specialising in UK, European and Worldwide sports tours across a broad demographic. We incorporate many sports, working with schools, clubs and universities across the country, taking playing and non-playing groups of all ages on exciting trips to a variety of destinations. As well as our bespoke tour packages, we have plans in place to hold mini and junior rugby festivals at strategically selected UK venues where we will bring high volumes of tourists together to participate in quality, professionally run events. Our aim is to grow our presence across all sports, ages and genders and establish ourselves as the number one operator in our field.

Our growth over the last three years and our projected growth over the coming years, aligned with a strong business plan, has made the recruitment of enthusiastic travel industry professionals a necessity. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join an ambitious company on the ground floor and be part of our future ascent.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be working across all areas of our business including marketing, sales, liaising with suppliers and customers, social media and admin. You will answer directly to our directors and will work closely with them to build, market and sell bespoke tour packages and events.

Requisite Skills

A friendly, helpful can-do attitude is essential as we seek to build on existing and create new relationships with customers and suppliers alike. You will have an understanding of word and excel and be prepared to be fully involved with our social media channels. A good telephone manner and an enthusiastic approach will be important.
